Read this if you feel like you’ve lost yourself..

Hey friend,

I’ve been thinking a lot about you lately—the version of you who feels disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you want, and exhausted from trying to keep up with everyone else’s needs.
The version of you who wonders, “When did I lose myself… and how do I get back?”

If that’s where you are right now, I want you to know something important:

You’re not alone.
And you’re not doing anything wrong.

So many highly sensitive people and recovering people-pleasers reach a point where they realize… they don’t even know themselves anymore. After years of anticipatory caretaking, over-functioning, and bending to keep the peace, it makes sense you might feel unsure of what you want, need, or feel. It makes sense that communicating boundaries feels scary. It makes sense that happiness feels distant and wholeness feels out of reach.

I remember the years when I thought if I could just keep everyone else happy—if I could be easy, agreeable, low-maintenance—then I would finally feel settled inside myself.
But the opposite happened.
I lost myself trying to be what everyone else needed.
Maybe you’ve felt that too.

Maybe you miss the version of you who used to feel connected, joyful, and alive.
Maybe you’re longing for clarity—What do I want? What do I feel? Who am I, really?
Maybe you’re craving a life where you don’t have to shrink, over-give, or disappear to belong.

If so, I want you to hear this clearly:

You are not too much.
You are not “lost beyond repair.”
And you absolutely deserve to feel whole, grounded, and connected again.

This is the work I do every day.

I help highly sensitive people reconnect with the self they’ve abandoned—slowly, gently, and intentionally.
I teach the tools that help regulate the nervous system, create safety inside your own body, and communicate your needs and boundaries without guilt.
I help you rebuild trust with yourself.
And little by little, you begin to feel like you again—only stronger, more confident, and more aligned.

If you’re longing for that shift… if you’re tired of feeling disconnected and want support finding your voice again… I would be honored to walk with you.

I currently have two offerings to support you:
A 6-week coaching package for $625
A 12-week coaching package for $1200

Both are designed to help you experience meaningful, lasting change—the kind that supports you not just today but in every relationship and every chapter that follows.

If something inside you is whispering, “It’s time…”
Trust that whisper.

Simply reply to this email and let me know if you’re ready to book, or if you’d like to schedule a free clarity call to see if coaching might be the right fit for you.

You deserve to feel connected to yourself again.
And I’m here when you’re ready.

With warmth and so much belief in your healing,

MaryAnn Walker Coaching Hey there, friend. I hope you had a warm and meaningful Thanksgiving—whether yours was big and bustling or quiet and reflective. This time of year always reminds me how healing it can be to pause, take a breath, and truly let ourselves feel gratitude. And as I was recording this week’s podcast episode with my guest, Natalie King, I was struck by how beautifully gratitude and joy weave into each other. Natalie and I had the most powerful conversation about joy—how we...

MaryAnn Walker Coaching Hey there, friend. If you’ve ever felt that deep, anxious tug in your chest at the thought of disappointing someone, you’re not alone. In fact, for so many highly sensitive people and recovering people pleasers, this fear is one of the most powerful forces quietly running the show. And the hardest part? Most don’t even realize how much it’s controlling their choices—until they’re exhausted, resentful, and wondering why they feel so disconnected from themselves. I see...

MaryAnn Walker Coaching Hey there, friend, I want to share something a little different with you today. Recently, I had the honor of being a guest on Marissa Campbell’s podcast, The Art of Heart. It was one of those conversations where I felt seen, understood, and allowed to be completely real—and I want you to hear it too. We dove into some of my pivotal moments—the ones that shaped who I am today, and the ones that almost broke me along the way. Like the time I was deeply depressed, yet...
